Terms of Service

Cortex is a personal AI assistant for organizing, searching, drafting, planning, and acting on your own personal information.

You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the permissions you grant, and the actions you approve inside Cortex.

When you connect services such as Gmail or Google Calendar, you authorize Cortex to access the data and actions covered by the scopes you approve.

You can revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions page, disconnect integrations where Cortex provides that control, or delete your Cortex account.

Cortex uses AI systems and may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected output. You should review important answers, plans, drafts, and suggested actions before relying on them.

Email sends, calendar changes, and other external actions are intended to require explicit user review or approval before execution.

Do not use Cortex to violate laws, infringe rights, bypass security controls, access another person's data without permission, send spam, or perform harmful automation.

Do not attempt to extract secrets, system prompts, private keys, OAuth tokens, or other protected internal information from Cortex.

Cortex is not an emergency service, legal adviser, financial adviser, medical provider, or substitute for professional judgment.

Do not rely on Cortex for urgent safety decisions or time-critical emergencies.

The Cortex Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how connected Google data is used, how data is stored, and how export or deletion works.

By using Cortex, you agree that your data may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Cortex is evolving quickly. Features, limits, pricing, integrations, and availability may change as the product improves.

We may suspend access to protect the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, or fix security issues.
